The AT&T IntraLATA Overlay Plan is an Optional Calling Plan that is compatible with a variety of AT&T Calling plans. This plan may provide customers who choose AT&T as their local toll carrier with reduced rates for their local toll calls. Enrollment for this plan is closed as of 3/31/03.
