Non-subscriber 1010288 Service is a casual calling service for customers who are not presubscribed to AT&T as the Primary Long Distance Carrier. This service allows callers to access AT&T's switched network by dialing the carrier access code 1010288 for completion of intrastate Operator Assistance and Direct Dialed Station calls. These calls will be billed to the residential telephone account that is not presubscribed to AT&T as the Primary Long Distance Carrier.
