AT&T Consumer Services
Overview
This web site contains the rates, and terms and conditions for AT&T's1 state-to-state and international consumer long distance services. For those states where AT&T provides local and/or in-state long distance and local toll services under the agreements (Alabama, California, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming), this web site also contains links to the rates, and terms and conditions that apply to those services. See Table I below for all states and types of services covered by the applicable agreements. This web site will be continuously updated to maintain current information regarding AT&T's consumer services.
AT&T Service Agreements and Service Guides
This web site includes a "Service Agreements" link (also found on the navigation bar on the left) to the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement ("CSA"); the AT&T Residential Service Agreement ("RSA"), which becomes effective July 1, 2009; and the AT&T Residential Service Agreement for California ("California RSA"), which becomes effective July 15, 2009, collectively known as "the agreements". (See Table I below to identify which agreement applies to your state and the type of services covered). These agreements contain the general terms and conditions that govern AT&T's provision of services to consumers. The CSA and RSA (but not the California RSA) also include arbitration provisions for resolving customer disputes. Specific information, such as rates, and terms and conditions specific to a service, are contained in the corresponding AT&T Service Guides referenced below. These Service Guides are incorporated by reference in the corresponding agreements. For example, the AT&T California Service Guide is incorporated by reference in the California RSA.

Rates, and Terms and Conditions
The specific rates, and terms and conditions for AT&T's services are set forth below in the applicable Service Guide links. Service Guides can also be accessed from the navigation bar on the left. Within the Service Guides, rates, and terms and conditions are organized by service.
- Domestic Service Guides2 contain the prices and charges, service descriptions, and other terms and conditions associated with specific state-to-state and in-state long distance and local toll services offered under the CSA and RSA (see Table I above), excluding in-state California services, which are found in the California Service Guide section below. These services are available to customers in the United States (excluding Alascom customers), American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands ("CNMI"), Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. In-state services described in the Domestic Service Guides are services provided in conjunction with the corresponding state-to-state plans.

State-Specific Service Guides2 contain the prices and charges, service descriptions, and other terms and conditions associated with standalone in-state long distance, local toll and/or local services that are not associated with a state-to-state plan.
- California Service Guide contains the prices and charges, service descriptions, and other terms and conditions associated with in-state long distance, local toll, and local services for California customers. Certain generally applicable terms and conditions (e.g., payment of bills) applicable to these services are provided in AT&T's intrastate (in-state) tariffs for California (filed with the California Public Utilities Commission).
- International Service Guides contain the prices and charges, service descriptions, and other terms and conditions associated with specific international services available to customers in the United States (excluding Alascom customers), American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands ("CNMI"), Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands for calling to/from foreign countries and areas.
- Alascom Domestic Service Guides contain the prices and charges, service descriptions, and other terms and conditions associated with specific state-to-state services available to Alascom customers for calling between Alaska and all other states, including American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands ("CNMI"), Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Alascom International Service Guides contain the prices and charges, service descriptions, and other terms and conditions associated with specific international services available to Alascom customers for calling to/from foreign countries and areas.
- Miscellaneous Charges, Credits, and Taxes contain information related to taxes and other separate charges that may apply to specific services on your bill, such as the Universal Connectivity Charge and the Carrier Cost Recovery Fee.
- Recent Rate and Other Changes provides notice of price increases and other changes.
- Tariff Information contains information on AT&T's FCC Tariffs and AT&T's intrastate (in-state) tariffs.

For the CSA in Spanish, select Español CSA.
