AT&T Consumer Services
Rates, Terms, and Conditions (last updated October 1, 2008)
Background
This web site contains the rates, terms and conditions for AT&T's state-to-state and international consumer long distance services. It includes the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement ("the Agreement") which governs AT&T's provision of services to consumers, and provides the specific rates, terms and conditions for those services which are part of the Agreement and are documented in the AT&T Service Guides. This web site will be continuously updated to maintain a current record of AT&T's consumer long distance services. For those few states where AT&T provides local and/or in-state long distance services under the Agreement (Alabama, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming), this web site also contains the rates, terms, and conditions that apply to those services.
AT&T CONSUMER SERVICES AGREEMENT
The Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to AT&T's state-to-state and international consumer services. The Agreement also applies to in-state AT&T long distance and/or local services in the states of Alabama, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming. A separate California Agreement applies to in-state long distance and local services in California effective November 3, 2008. The Agreement has been updated to cover all AT&T detariffed local and in-state long distance services, where applicable.
All AT&T consumer service subscribers receive a copy of the Agreement in their initial service fulfillment package after enrolling in services covered by the Agreement.
The Dispute Resolution (Arbitration) Process, a summary of Section 8 of the Agreement, describes the process for resolving a dispute with AT&T. This process does not apply to California customers.
