AT&T Service Agreements

Links for the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement ("CSA"), the AT&T Residential Service Agreement ("RSA"), and the AT&T Residential Service Agreement for California ("California RSA") are herein and below, under Table I, which shows the effective dates for the various agreements, as well as services covered by the agreements in each state/territory.

States/territories or services not covered by an agreement are either tariffed or service is not offered.

 ^* In-State Long Distance and Local Toll remain tariffed in Louisiana through 11/30/09. Effective 12/1/09, these services will detariff and they will be covered under the terms of the RSA.
