AT&T Business Service Guide

Notice

Access the new Business Service Guide here. The AT&T Business Service Guide is being transitioned to a redesigned Service Guide web site. To review the status of the transition, refer to the Service Guide Transition page.

This web site contains the service descriptions, standard rates and charges, and other general information relating to AT&T data and voice services that are currently available in the marketplace. It is designed to allow business customers to easily access and view AT&T's current Business offers in an updated and timely manner.

AT&T reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and charges in this Business Service Guide from time to time. Notification of price changes will be made available at Price Change Information.

This Service Guide does not constitute an offer to sell. Other terms, conditions and charges may apply. Business customers must satisfy AT&T's eligibility criteria (such as deposits and term/revenue commitments) and purchase through an AT&T specified contract. AT&T's term plan contracts are available through AT&T Account Representatives. AT&T's standard contract for services not covered by a tariff, a signed contract or an existing non-expired term plan can be found at http://www.att.com/agreement. Please contact your customer service center or AT&T Account Representative for more information or to order any of the services listed in this Service Guide.

AT&T's currently available Business and Government offers that were formerly found in FCC Tariff Nos. 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16 can now be viewed at AT&T Business Offers.

Intrastate Services and Rates — For non-tariffed intrastate services, a Business Service Agreement applies to these services. Most of these service descriptions, rates, terms, and conditions can be found at the Business Offers page. For those services not defined in the Business Offers page, see the State Services and Rates web site at http://serviceguide.att.com/servicelibrary/business/ext/state_tariff_buss.cfm.

AT&T makes available to customers in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, long distance service offers in addition to those listed in this Service Guide. These alternative offers may be found at http://www.sbc.com/gen/public-affairs?pid=320. For additional information about how to order these services from AT&T, please contact your AT&T sales representative or see the "contact us" link at the bottom of this page.

AT&T's State & Local Offers (including TCG* Prime) and Enhanced and Non-Regulated Local Features can be viewed at AT&T State & Local Offers.

AT&T Alascom's offers can be viewed at AT&T Alascom Offers (Alaska-Based Services).

Access to AT&T's former FCC Tariffs, as they existed at the time they were withdrawn, is also available on this site at FCC Tariffs. Term Plan contracts entered into before August 1, 2001, that reference AT&T FCC Interstate Tariffs, will be construed as references to the terms, conditions and charges in AT&T FCC Tariffs that were in effect as of July 31, 2001, except that changes to terms, conditions and non-stabilized charges after that date will be found in AT&T Business Offers.

Customers enrolled in offers and services that were grandfathered (no longer available to new customers) on or before July 31, 2001, can view their terms, conditions and charges at Grandfathered Offers. Information concerning Offers grandfathered after July 31, 2001 also can be found at Grandfathered Offers.
