This page also provides access to the former AT&T and Alascom FCC Interstate Tariffs that were cancelled as of July 31, 2001 due to the FCC Detariffing order. Customers who reside on offers that were grandfathered (offers no longer available to new customers) on or before July 31, 2001 can view their service descriptions here, except that any post-July 31, 2001 changes to those service descriptions or charges may be viewed at Grandfathered Offers. In addition, Term Plan contracts entered into before August 1, 2001 and that reference AT&T or Alascom FCC Interstate Tariffs are construed as references to the terms, conditions and charges in these former tariffs.
